Malaasan is a very good yoga position make your child sit into that for at least 10 minutes to begin with like 9:55 minutes to begin within the morning having some warm water and apart from that you should start giving about 60 ML of prune juice in the night before sleeping and apply some castor oil in the navel and make sure to include more fibres and fluids in the diet
