MamtaMom of a 2 m old boy4 days agoA. For a 3-month-old baby, do not give any over-the-counter medicine. Give saline nasal drops for a blocked nose and use a room humidifier. Please consult a pediatrician for proper medication.

Practically oral medicine is really help a lot in giving instant relief to the child so please talk to your doctor proceed with proper medication and treatment that can be offered to the child along with that giving steam indirectly and nebulising will be very helpful
