#asktheexperts My baby is 2months old , I have inverted cracked nipple in the left side breast I’m giving milk through nipple shield , trying to feed directly but baby cries and we are somewhere lost in the process . Is it ok to use nipple shield , pls advise

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Yes it is totally safe to use nipple shield to feed ur baby. There is no problem in that. U can buy babyhug nipple shield that is made of clear odourless liquid silicon and also protects sore nipples while feeding.
