#asktheexperts my baby is 29 days old. she stays awake whole night and cries ... she is hungry and when I give formula milk to her then she is satisfied....is it possible I m not producing enought milk for her . in day she sleep and take 10 min feed every time

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Give ultra D3 drops Maintain hygiene Stay hydrated healthy
