Q.
my son is 10 months i breastfeed him whole night now my milk is not sufficient for him and he stays hungry whole night but not ready to take formula milk. he is not accepting formula milk at all..I feed him khichdi in night before he sleeps but that is also not enough for whole night..what can I do to fill his stomach in night..

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear Mum even after introduction of top foods breast milk continues to be an important source of nutrition for the child
also it is normal for children to breastfeed through night
production of breast milk is more during the night so you should continue on demand feeding
on demand feeding will keep up the milk supply do not introduce formula

JebaMom of a 4 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. u may give any light food like idli at evng and so some podrigde at about 7pm. so that his hungry will be low at night
