Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is 20 days newborn she finds difficulty in passing motion ...is this normal for newborn????

A. straining while passing urine and stool is very normal before completion of 6 months of age. sometimes this can continue for one year of age also. it usually occurs due to the distention of the urinary bladder and rectum ofx the child. the sensation is new for the child that's why the child is crying if you feel that the crying is more than normal you should visit a pediatrician for examination.

A. hello of the baby is not passing motion for a week then it is okay as the breastfeed baby will have less waste and can go without passing motion for a week but if the child is finding it difficult passing motion it would be better to once check your doctor
