#asktheexperts My baby is 2 now but still I have a lot of hair fall, my pony has become bery thin, what can be the reason?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. sometimes it will take long time for getting back the hair Loss of hair is because of hormonal changes during pregnancy after delivery take good quantity of of calcium iron and vitamin supplements for sometime

Hi mommy It’s all normal and common Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall
