Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is 2 months old. she feeds effectively in the mrng..for every 2 hrs.. but at ni8 she sleeps a lot and if she wakes she will feed for only 5 min is it normal

A. It’s okay no need to worry as if the baby feels hungry he will demand feeding and it’s good if the baby sleeps peacefully at night and at this age the baby should sleep more

A. Hello! As long as the child is healthy and active, gradually gaining weight, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times daily, there shouldn’t be any problem about less feeding during nights. It is important to ensure that the baby feeds well the rest of the time. You can also check with your consulting paediatrician once.
