Guardian of a 2 m old boy2 weeks ago
Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is 2 months and 7 days old. On Sunday, in the morning 9:00 a.m I fed my baby, he was well fed. And then by 10:30 a.m he slept. At 11:30 a.m our massage wali aunty came, did his massage and after a bit crying he slept again. Then I took him to my in laws house which 5 kms away from my house on two wheeler. Till 2 P.M he slept and after that point of time, he started refusing my breasts. On the same day, after refusing my breasts, I gave him formula milk at 5 p.m and he drank it. I tried breastfeeding again by 8 p.m, he didn't latched. then I again gave him formula milk and drank it. after that by 12:30 a.m in the night he latched for 10 mins and then slept and didn't woke up whole night, he woke by 8 a.m in the morning that too because I changed his diaper. then again from this morning he is not latching more than 2 mins. I bring him near me and he gets fussy and starts crying badly. he is also facing gas issues, but from the last 2 days he is not that much gassy. I gave him colicaid for crying alot. I again gave him formula milk in the evening at 5 p.m which he drank and was satisfied with it. after that also I tried till this time, he is not latching properly, just 1-2 mins and then he starts crying. Right now I pumped my milk and gave him, he drank it and slept again peacefully. I don't know why he is not latching on my breasts. please suggest me a solution to this problem.
