Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is 1yr4m old...she is only 7.800kg...is this enough for her??...if not is there any remedies for weight gaining ?

A. weight is less for her age . give all healthy home food, which is rich in protien. Do Consult your paedritician to rule out underlying cause of underweight and treatment accordingly.

Hi mommy Weight is absolutely normal At one year weight is triple to birth weight Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give three meal and two snacks Maintain hygiene
