better post your question again with attached picture of your child or visit your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised

If You are not able to understand it on your own then it is better that you take an advice from your paediatrician because without proper assessment even I would not be able to give you correct diagnosis over the situation so it’s better to get a check with your doctor one
