#asktheexperts my baby is 1y7m and he does not eat anything by heart Each n every food I have to make him eat forcefully This is why he is not gaining healthy fat !what shuld I do

A. Hi mom Give natural appetizers like coconut water, jeera water, ajwain water, curd with mint etc to increase the appetite of your baby. This will help to boost hunger and desire to eat. Also give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food. Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating.
