#asktheexperts my baby is 16 months old. He use to wake up a lot at night. And he needs breast milk every time whenever he wakes up. And he also cries alot if I make him sleep without milk. What should i do to stop this sleep regression?

A. I think it is just an addiction to the breastfeeding and that is why your child is behaving like this start giving bottle feeding in the nighttime or start giving water in the night instead of breastfeeding and start quitting on the breastfeeding which will be helpful
