Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is 16 month old he has hard stool and got little blood in his stool he has to strain while pooping. He drinks very less water. What should I do and can l start potty training from now

A. If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well, if blood in stol, Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation

A. So it’s basically because of dehydration in the body only I think you should increase the amount of water that your child is having which is what is going to be helpful because once that is proper water in the body in the motion becomes much much betterWrite Your Answer Here
