Try giving your child finger foods or something to drink in the evening instead. A roll made out of a paratha, veggie cutlets, mini uttapam may work instead of a sit down full meal.

Samidha MathurMom of 2 children4 years agoA. it happens sometimes in children that they start visiting those foods which once used to be their favorites. so try something some different kind of evening snacks like french fries freshly cooked at home..any kind of vegetables true or if you are a non vegetarian try serving chickens soup.. in vegetarian option lemon coriander soup is really one of the child's favourite. and this kind of soups kids the baby active and energetic also and doesn't lead to any harmful weight gain.
