#asktheexperts My baby is 11 days old and doctor said she had lite jaundice which is not a problem. Can i eat non veg if I'm breastfeeding?

A. Dear mum, you can surely eat non veg foods even if you are breastfeeding your baby. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas to baby.
