#asktheexperts My baby is 10 month old and facing constipation for last 15 days , she cry while she poop . Her diet includes oats , fruits like banana , custard apple , moong dal , rice ,makhana kheer.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician11 months agoA. Instead of oats give daliya as oats are dry in nature and it will further make her stools hard so if she is suffering from constipation give whole grains more fruits and vegetables leafy vegetables give two prunes in a day papaya pear
