#asktheexperts My baby is 10 month 19 days old. her weight is 5.8 kg. her birth weight was low. i Started giving her similac advance after 6 month of her birth. when i will give her toned milk or please you suggest which milk will be good for her after 1 year.and how can she gain weight please tell this as well. thank you

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. The best type of milk for (most) 1-year-old children is whole cow's milk, which contains more fat than reduced-fat (2 percent), low-fat (1 percent) or nonfat (skim) milk.
