#asktheexperts My baby is 1 year old. So what all should be included in her eating habits to make it a balanced and healthy diet?

A. Hello dear parent! You can start giving your baby all the homemade healthy foods that you daily prepare for your family. Give 3 large meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Good luck and take care.
