#asktheexperts my baby is 1.3 months old and he finds difficult to poop, I give him fibre food and other healthy food as well but still at times it is difficult. Is it that I am lacking with his diet ? Or any other reason behind.

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose sugghfested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
