what is the best food to give 10 month old baby who has a collic problem as well and food should b filling ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom first you need to identify which food is causing the issue and avoid gas forming foods .. also don’t force the child to eat .. give him as much he is comfortable to have it .
By this age the baby can be given Mix of semi solids to solid consistency foods . As he gets used to solids - you may gradually add in more variety one at a time
