Leave it open to air for some time and use cloth diapers few times a day. if you use disposable diapers then check and change the diaper when wetness indicator turns blue. Use diaper rash cream after every diaper change. Sudocream is good. apply with clean hands on dry bum and massage gently in circles till cream is invisible.
Once rash heals always apply something as barrier before you change diaper. you can use barrier cream like 'B4 diaper' or simply coconut oil.
if it doesn't heal within few days do visit your doctor

You should use Boroline antiseptic cream in this area that’s going to help in reducing down the issue that is there and you can use it every two or three hours and avoid using diapers I think the rashes are just becoming severe and spreading over the period
