Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. for coal you can give drops maxtra 0.5 ml 2 times per day and give home remedies that Tulsi ginger water to the child along with turmeric with milk and give warm water to drink and nasal saline drops
