Hello ma’am It could be any reason but still to be on the safer side I am just going to advise you to consult your paediatrician for proper eyedrops for the same because if you start using eyedrops on a regular basis into the eyes slowly gradually the problem will be solved so as of now there is nothing to be worried about as such
