Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand what exactly is the issue here in the baby. Can you please let your doctor know the present condition and seek proper guidance immediately?

When the belly smells comes out like this specially in the navel region then it can be associated with the umbilical hernia also so I’m just going to advise you to get it checked with the doctor with the naval area has swelled up it could be umbilical hernia but if the swelling in the tummy then please check with your doctor overall
