#asktheexperts my baby has just started solids , after every feed he is passing stools that too very hard , also he is applying a lot of force while peeing and passing stools , please advice , in solids we are giving apple , banana , sometimes khichri purée

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 week agoA. Please give more of water and fibre in the diet because it’s very important to give these things when the child is on external food other than the feed which helps in better digestion of the food that you are giving and also will help in easy motion
