#asktheexperts. My baby has completed 5 months. I am giving breast milk and formula feed. now my breast milk supply has reduced drastically. what to do to increase the breast milk?

A. milk supply is decrease to increase take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardhan take green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds jeera sabudana Dalia ragi oats drumstick more you nurse milk will increase
