There are many other factors which may be the cause of disturbed sleep like infantile, colic, nasal blockage, regurgitation, temperature, disturbance, or any kind of illness for which proper assessment is required in children above one year of age you have to make a proper discipline for the child to get a proper sleep cycle, rhythm and factors like too much of screen time should be avoided. Also look for other factors like night, terrors or nightmares, which are also common in toddler age group for this, you can consult your doctor, in some cases, some medicinesb can be given to regularise the sleep cycle, but it should be given strictly under medical supervision if required

just try to set consistent routine for your child and be firm with it
