#asktheexperts my baby girl is 5 months old ang weighs 6 kgs. birth weight was 3.160 kg. born at 38 weeks completed. she's on formula milk. she has recurrent refluxes and refuse to feed at times. what has to be done to reach her ideal weight

A. Hi mommy At six months weight should be double to birth weight Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
