yes it's totally normal..
babies can get their first milk teeth as early as 3-6 months .
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

it's ok
give her supplements as suggested by your docto
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
massage her with Babyhug Coconut oil
