Q.
#asktheexperts my baby girl is 24 days old. Today for very first time we gave her bath with warm water and she caught cold. She is already having throught infection from past 5 days. Definitely we should not continue with bath from tomorrow. But can you suggest in such cases and in winter season what should be the schedule for bath?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi, the baby should be bathed twice or thrice a week since frequent bathing may damage the baby's skin. you may clean him by doing quick sponge bath. tc

It’s okay sometimes these things can happen and it is not necessary that you gave a bath that is why this happened that’s not true so currently I would recommend you to give steam to the child indirectly if it is needed and you can check with your doctor for a proper course of medication currently I can suggest you to go for Sinarist af paediatric drops
