#asktheexperts my baby girl is 21 months old she was taking solid food till 19 month from last two months she don't like to eat anything and takes 2 bites max of solids and depends fully on milk don't know how to deal with the situation

It is normal for children to be fussy eaters But they will probably be less fussy as they get older Offer fussy eaters a few healthy options and let them choose what to eat Pleasant low stress and regular mealtimes can help with fussy eating
Make sure baby take enough nutrients
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Make meal time fun with toys
