Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. very important to see that position and attachment while breastfeeding the child is proper.
if improper the child will continue to suck for long hrs without getting any milk
meet lactational counsellor who will guide regarding this.
see videos on you tube for for breastfeeding position and attachment.
take plenty of water, home made diet, seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk for increasing breast milk for yourself.
take 15 to 30 days weight and growth assessment by the doctor.

Offer her breast frequently
make sure the flow of milk from breast is ok
exprws your milk and give her the same using bottle or a pump.
if her appetite is reduced , you should consult your pediatrician (it's normal though)
