A. It may be associated with poor immunity you can kindly check with your doctor for a good multivitamin supplement and if you’re giving any external milk other than powder or breastfeeding start giving 2 teaspoons of dry fruit powder with a pinch of black pepper and turmeric into that will help in boosting the immunity
