Mam your doctor can assist you with this thing because it’s very difficult to say what maybe the situation what it can be like and maybe it may not happen only because these test results cannot give you hundred percent clarity about the issue that can be there but the risk seems to be quite positive with the number of things that you’ve mentioned so you should connect with your doctor to proceed with what they suggest
