Praneeth shashaank ReddyMom of a 3 m old boy23 hours agoA. Try to add moringa leaf in your meal and take over night soked jeera,ajwan and Fenugreek water everyday, from starting of my delivery I am following these two tips , till now my baby had sufficient milk

Shatavari is a very good lactation supplement which you can take three times in the day and that is definitely going to help a lot in the current situation because it is going to help in increasing your own lactation should be easier for you to give more of your feeding over to the child
