#asktheexperts My baby boy is 8 months old. And last few days I have noticed that he look thinner . Can I drink lactation milk for increase milk quality?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 10 m old girl1 month agoA. Shatavari you can take three times in the day with warm milk which will actually help a lot in increasing your lactation along with that you should have plenty of fluid in the diet which is going to be equally important right now for you
