#asktheexperts my baby boy is 2 months 7 days old..having chest congestion.. do Atarax syrup benefits him or maxtra syrup should be given?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 2 months old now it's advisable to go for maxtra syrup 1.5 ml as it's more conventional medicine for cold and give steam inhalation warm massage to chest and apply vicks baby vaporub on chest

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. please give medication as prescribed by your doctor and Give your baby indirect steam least three times a day burn garlic ajwain in mustard oil let this oil get cool or warm rub that oil on his chest back Palms foot also keep your baby hydrated by breastfeeding and consult your doctor as soon as possible if required
