#asktheexperts My baby birth weight was low 2.2 kg. Now she has completed 4 months ans she is only 4.3kg but she is very active. Should I worry about her weight now?

A. dear mum, a weight gain of 2.1 kg in 4 months is a normal weight gain. baby should gain at least 500 grams per month. also if baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health.
