#asktheexperts my baby birth weight is 3kgs. now she is 7months and weights 6.5kgs. is it good? she is not eating well in good quantities.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, weight of 6.5 kg is a normal weight for 7 months old baby girl considering a birth weight of 3 kg. baby should double the birth weight by 6 months. also if baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 6 to 8 times in 24 hours then it indicates good health.
