A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Redttcurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case wthich is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. The one thing good is that there is no hurt there is no swelling no vomiting nothing at all that’s a very good thing at least your child is good say so another thing I would say that you should monitor for another 24 to 48 hours if you see any abnormal behaviour it’s not right according to your sudden vomiting or anything that’s not right then you visit the doctor otherwise right now does not seem like a problem
