#asktheexperts my baby 9 month old...what can I give him to eat...he eats only sweet food...we don't put sugar n salt in his food...we add dates

Add salt and spices into the food that you are giving to the child because when you add salt into the food it is going to give proper flavour sugar of course is not advisable so you can give dates and jaggery to add sweet into the food that you are giving
