A. If your 2-year-2-month-old baby's weight is not increasing, focus on a balanced, nutrient-rich diet with frequent meals. Diet Plan for Healthy Weight Gain 1. High-Calorie Foods ✔ Full-fat dairy – Milk (at least 500ml daily), cheese, paneer, curd. ✔ Ghee & Butter – Add to roti, dal, khichdi, and porridge. ✔ Dry fruits & nuts – Soaked almonds, walnuts, cashews, dates, and raisins (in paste form if needed). 2. Protein-Rich Foods ✔ Eggs – Scrambled, boiled, or in pancakes. ✔ Pulses & Dal – Moong dal, masoor dal, chana dal, or rajma. ✔ Chicken & Fish – If non-vegetarian, give soft-boiled or mashed. 3. Energy-Rich Carbs ✔ Ragi, Oats, Suji – Make porridge or dosa. ✔ Banana, Mango, Chikoo – These fruits help in weight gain. ✔ Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes – Mash or include in meals. 4.
