You can apply NMFE vitamin E cream that’s going to be quite a good choice for your dry skin issues that your child is going through but at the same time would like to tell you that I hair growth by this age becomes a lot permanent so there is no such thing that I can help you with right now to reduce down the skin hair it’s going to be reduced later with the proper treatment or vaccine or somethingWrite Your Answer Here
