Q.

#asktheexperts my amniotic fluid was increased to 23.9 cm at 25 weeks. now i am 26 weeks pregnant. what should I do to ensure it doesn't increase. what precautions should I take Is there anything I can do to reduce the fluid level I am 41 years at present. this is my second baby

A. Sure i will ask my gynaecologist..but I thought u are also an expert, so you would have an answer. I just wanted a second opinion

A. Ma’am you should check with your gynaecologist first of all because she’ll tell you why the fluid is rising so rapidly what is meant to be done to reduces if there’s any dietary alteration that you can do because it’s a really early pregnancy and the levels are very high so you really need to be very particular this time
