A. whenever you introduce food for the child and it is causing constipation you have to stop that particular food which is causing such problems and try to give food which is more rich in fibre and has got plenty of fluids. it is important to add papaya in the diet which will help in decreasing this problem and also at the same time see that xyou are not giving any new outside milk which is again known to cause constipation Medicine is to be given only if instructed by the doctor after examination. give plenty of wxater to drink. if needed the doctor will give polyethylene glycol which is the first line of medicine for constipation

A. Apart from water I would suggest you to start giving buttermilk also that’s a very good option when it comes to constipation issue is for the child also try and include papaya into every day diet is papaya is also a very good and natural laxative so try the singer still if the child is facing problem then you can take a laxative from your paediatrician for that
