Hello ma’am Try to give a variety of shakes to your child adding by adding fruits to eat or maybe dry fruit powder chocolate saffron turmeric anything that you feel like adding because it is going to change the colour and taste of the mail so your child may have it other than that if you want to you can give mix Raita to your child curd Paneer cheese on a regular basis to incorporate the amount of milk
