#asktheexperts My 7 years old son lost his milky teeth 4-5 months ago and no new teeth have come up yet. is this something to worry about or what we should do?

A. No there is no problem because the milk teeth was lost because it was time for the child to lose the milk it maybe became Luz from the gums with the new one was not ready to come during the same time but it will come when it is ready to come so there is no problem do not worry about it
