#asktheexperts My 7 month old does not have a sound sleep. She keeps waking up crying sometimes after few mins, sometimes hour if I am not lying with her. Even during nighttime it is the case. She wakes up and looks around and if I am not there or I dont start patting her to go to sleep or breastfeed her, she will wake up crying loudly. Does not have sound sleep neither during day nor night. What could be the reason and what to do, how to change this to make her sleep better. Also, she only sleeps with breastfeed mostly which is tiresome for me.
