See hair fall in this age is unhealthy I must tell you that in the first place second could be deficiency of iron or nutrients in the body second could be improper food habits that your child could be and it could be associated with constipation and also with the products that you are using in the scalp so looking at the current age and situation I highly suggest you please visit the skin specialist
